Order & Delivery
Orders can be conveniently placed via our online shop or – for larger quantities or B2B inquiries – directly through our team.
Depending on the product, delivery method, or customer group, a minimum order value may apply. The exact conditions are displayed clearly during the ordering process. For free shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, the order must exceed CHF 160; otherwise, a shipping fee of CHF 9 will apply.
Currently, we primarily deliver within Switzerland. Deliveries abroad are possible upon request and will be reviewed individually.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated for the product. For custom orders or large orders, we will inform you of the timeframe well in advance.
